 Verified Beef Verified Beef, LLC., a Montana based and owned corporation established in 2008, offers clients nationwide a USDA Certified PVP for the process verification points (PVP) associated with beef age and source, NHTC, NE3, and Grassfed at the producer level. Verified Beef, under the PVP, provides and assures its customers consistent quality products and services based on audited specific verified points supported by a Quality Management System. Watts and Associates, Inc. developed the automated web-deployed database that is central to the Verified Beef business. Verified Beef customers are provided an easily used, web-based platform supporting a rigid quality management structure based on detailed procedures, records systems, and audit processes which allow for the collection and transfer of process verified information, as required, to support the Verified Beef customers within a documented, auditable system. Verified Beef received initial USDA certification for Age and Source verification in April 2008. Verified Beef subsequently applied for and received approval from USDA to expand its certifications to include Non-Hormone Treated Cattle (NHTC), Never Ever Three cattle (NE3-all natural), and Grassfed cattle. In addition to expanding its product line, Verified Beef now offers those products in all 50 states.
