- More than 25 years experience in farm and ranch financial management and risk assessment;
- W&A Task Manager or Project Director for more than 50 contracted insurance reviews, evaluations, and development efforts;
- Lead the W&A Public Policy team during the 2008 U.S. Farm Bill effort; and
- Experienced in development of index-based, weather-based, and satellite-based insurance products.
