  • Successfully completed the P, FM, and MLC actuarial exams;
  • Skilled in economic modeling, crop insurance rating, sensitivity analysis, analysis of existing crop insurance rate procedures, and data mining for crop insurance;
  • Eight years of experience modeling agricultural production and price risk;
  • Substantial familiarity with RMA, National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS), and other agricultural data sources;
  • Knowledge of RMA Actuarial Procedures; and
  • Primary Rating Actuary for the following projects:
